Carvo is an auto brokering business. We help people find, negotiate, lease, finance and buy new and pre-owned vehicles, and we also buy vehicles from people who want to sell. Our service combines artificial intelligence (AI) tools with a team of real people.
What we collect
We collect what you give us when you ask about buying, leasing, financing or selling a vehicle, for example through our website, our request form, a text message, or a phone call. This can include your name, mobile number, email address, the vehicle you want or the vehicle you want to sell (such as year, make, model, mileage, VIN, photos, and lease details), your preferences and budget, and messages or documents you send us. If you choose to start a credit application, we also collect the details you enter on it. If you agree to text messages, we keep a record of when and how you agreed.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your questions, find and negotiate vehicles, prepare quotes and offers, arrange delivery, and follow up about your deal. We keep it in our private customer records, which are protected by a password.
AI and our team
We use AI tools, together with our team, to read the messages, screenshots and documents you send us, summarize your request, and help prepare answers and quotes. Our AI service providers process your information only to provide these services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we send messages about your inquiry, such as replies, quotes, vehicle photos, appointment, delivery and follow-up messages. Messages may be written with the help of AI and sent on behalf of our team. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. We also send internal notifications by text to the business owner.
Sharing
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to run our systems, such as a text message provider, a hosting provider, and AI services. They process information only to provide those services to us. We share details about a vehicle request with a dealership only as needed to find, quote or complete your deal.
Your choices
