Our service
Carvo is an auto brokering business. We help you find, negotiate, lease, finance and buy new and pre-owned vehicles, and we buy vehicles from people who want to sell. Our service uses AI tools together with a team of real people. Quotes and offers are based on the information you give us and on what dealerships and lenders tell us, and they can change if that information changes.
Text messaging program
Carvo sends text messages to customers who ask us to. Messages are about your vehicle inquiry: replies to your questions, quotes and offers, vehicle photos, appointment, delivery and follow-up messages. Messages may be written with the help of AI and sent on behalf of our team. You can sign up by checking the text message box on our request form, or by texting our number first, in which case we will reply about your inquiry. We also send internal notifications to the business owner.
- Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or text us at (954) 754-6826.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying or selling a vehicle.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
